Deposit/Cancellation Policy

To book an appointment you must call or text to schedule and pay a deposit. The deposit for services $90 or less is $25. The deposit for any service over $90 is $50. If you choose to cancel or reschedule you must give a complete 24 hour notice prior to your appointment to receive a refund. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment you will not receive a refund. This deposit also does not carry over if you choose to reschedule. I'm sorry but there will not be any exceptions. ( For example: if you have an appointment at 1:00 p.m. on Friday you must cancel or reschedule by 1:00 p.m. on Thursday to receive a refund. )

Late Policy

Everyone will receive a 15 minute grace period. Any time after your 15 minute grace period is a cancellation and you forfeit your deposit." no explanations, no exceptions"
